why act?

Climate Change. We hear this term more every day, but what does it really mean? How will climate change affect Nova Scotians? How much of what we hear is real and how much is speculation? Climate change is a reality, and we are beginning to experience a gradual increase in its impacts. This might mean increasingly extreme weather: droughts, flooding, and erosion. How can we be proactive against such a threat? By taking action now to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and by preparing for, and adapting to – climate change.

CLIMATE CHANGE IS REAL
