- Northern Ecosystem Initiative: Supports projects that address science and capacity-building needs throughout the Canadian North.
- Canadian Climate Change Scenarios Network (CCCSN): Environment Canada’s interface for distributing climate change scenarios and adaptation research.
Natural Resources Canada
- Enhancing Resilience in a Changing Climate: Offers scientific information on the risks and opportunities faced by Canadian communities and industries as a result of a changing climate.
- Canadian Forest Service Research - Climate Change: A science-based policy organization within Natural Resources Canada.
- CoastWeb: Climate research by the Geological Survey of Canada.
Health Canada
- Climate Change and Health: Health Canada is to better understand how a changing climate will affect human health and to determine the best ways to prepare for these changes.

- Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP): Represents a membership of approximately 7000 planning professionals across Canada. Also see CIP’s Climate Change Conference site.
- ArcticNet: Brings together scientists and managers in the natural, human health and social sciences with their partners in Inuit organizations, northern communities, federal and provincial agencies and the private sector to study the impacts of climate change in the coastal Canadian Arctic.
- Northern Climate ExChange: A clearinghouse of climate change information for Northern Canada.
- Ouranos Consortium: Brings together 250 scientists and professionals from different disciplines focusing on two main themes: Climate Sciences and Impacts & Adaptation.
- Pacific Climate Impacts Consortium: Stimulating collaboration to produce practical climate information for education, policy, and decision-making in the Pacific Northwest.
- Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions: Harnessing the intellectual resources of BC to develop innovative climate change solutions, and seek new opportunities for positive adaptation.
- Prairie Adaptation Research Collaborative: A partnership of the governments of Canada, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, mandated to pursue climate change impacts and adaptation research in the Prairie Provinces.
- Public Infrastructure Engineering Vulnerability Committee (PIEVC): PIEVC looks at infrastructure vulnerability to climate change from an engineering perspective, focusing on buildings, roadways, storm water and wastewater systems, and water resources.

- United Kingdom Climate Impacts Program (UKCIP): A global leader in climate change adaptation, this website presents examples of what has been done for adaptation and offers information and tools to facilitate future adaptation.
- University of Washington Climate Impacts Group: An interdisciplinary research group studying the impacts of natural climate variability and global climate change (“global warming”) on the U.S. Pacific Northwest (PNW).
